THE NEW MOON CIRCLE

A Moment to Document and Reflect

The new moon is the beginning of a new lunar cycle. It symbolizes a fresh new start. As the moon grows from a New Moon into a Full Moon, it amplifies everything with it. This makes the new moon, te perfect moment to reflect and let go of what we no longer need, but also to set goals and intentions for what we wish to grow. The new moon will nurture and support our intentions to grow abundant & fruitfull.

Documenting and reflecting on our experiences is a great tool to become aware of what you don't want to take into the next cycle and what you do want. This practice offers relief, overview and direction. It creates mental space for what is truly important while connecting you to the life you want to manifest. It opens the way for more gratitude, (self) compassion and more overall positivity.

This awaits you..
